On the back, it says: "Wolf...Teacher, Pathfinder, Moon Dog of my soul, Howling, Singing, Teaching me how to know.", and "N-9 Made In USA," "1995, Siskiyou Buckle Co. Inc. Ashland Oregon." This is preowned and has some tarnish. I have given it a preliminary cleaning. The loop for the belt works properly.
