Description: This item appears new. It is shiny and looks to me like it has never been used, but since I am not sure I am classifying it as used. The only flaw I see is a small nick at the top, I have a close up of that in the pictures. It comes with directions, a certificate of calibration, and there is 3 bits that are in the packaging, but I don't know that they originally came with the tool. It is model # Qdriver3, serial #042100034, and is a one quarter inch female hex drive. Please note the bootstrap bookmark holder is not included, I used that to hold open the paperwork.
