Comes with camera bag, battery charger, 2 batteries, cleaning cloth, remote and 2 still new and sealed 30 min DVD-RW! I believe both batteries are bad and do not hold much of a charge anymore, so it will need a new battery. The smaller of the two batteries was not tested fully, I charged it for about an hour and it didn't power on the camera, it might need some more time or likely bad.
