The man in the middle is Wolfgang "Jack" Koehler, former member of the Hitlerjugend, US Air Force captain, Associated Press director and close friend/one-time Press Secretary for Ronald Reagan. I haven't identified the man on the right. This is from Jack Koehler's personal collection. This is a rare piece of Cold War history. There's nothing like this anywhere else on eBay.
