This art card is NEW and has been minimally handled since receiving from the store. With that being said the art card was obtained at from a store and had to be transported to the store by a vendor (in large boxes with other promotional items) and back to my home after I obtained it; there might be some minimal wear, such as the art card being a bit bent or some minor imperfections on the art card front or edges but for the most part the art card looks great (see pictures above).As stated above the art card was obtained at a GameStop store and was exclusive to participating GameStop stores; at this point in time there is no other place to obtain the art card unless stores have some left.
