ALL THE PARTS ARE GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE TOTE, NEEDS REPAIRED OR REPLACED. THE REST OF THE PARTS NEED REFINISH RESTORED AS NEEDED, I USED TO DO THESE WITH MY WIRE WHEEL.
