We noted some residual oil / wax substance inside some of the wells, so they could probably use a cleaning. We ran a test program with temperature set points of 95, 72, 55 and 6 degrees C and found the block temperatures adjusted accordingly, however we observed that the robotic arm sometimes had difficulty finding the correct position over the blocks during the cycle. It appears the arm is in need of some calibration. We also noted that the power switch is very difficult to toggle back and forth from on to off. May need replacement. Because of the known issues, we are categorizing this item "for parts / not working" and selling AS IS, NO RETURNS..
