Description: This auction is for a nice tested 1959 Mullard (Blackburn) 12AX7/ECC83 series vacuum tube. This was purchased from a Southern Maryland estate. This is an honest vintage Mullard Blackburn factory made 12AX7 with sturdy 17mm gray plates and a copper rod supported halo getter, (see pics). The Shield logo graphics are intact and in good condition. The screen print code is 0020 and the Blackburn date codes are f92 and B9G, (1959). It tested strong at 71/75 on a newly refurbished and calibrated Precision Tube Master 10-12 with 54 being the minimum. The box is original to the tube and is in very good condition.
