This was released by Coinheaven through the now defunct Nintendo Age website. There were 100 made and this one is #10. There were only 25 made of the green label so this is 1 of 25 green labels made. There is a ding on the case as well as many scratches on the top part. Otherwise it is in good shape overall. Acceptable to your standards. Note: Super Pitfall II was a never released game so this was made to be able to play it for the first time before the ROM became available. **Wish I can get more information, but Nintendo Age is gone.
