It includes a parts list, diagrams for disassembly and reassembly, troubleshooting guide, schematic, and general operating information. The printing on this refurbished 19 page manual is crisp, clear, and easy to read. Full 11 inches by 8.5 inches. These toasters were "Amazing Beyond Belief" and very complicatedl Don't attempt disassembly without this manual. Often, it is a simple adjustment that brings these collectible toasters back to life. The T20 is prized for it's beautiful Art Deco design. The etched design on front is said to be a replica of the logo from the 1939 World's Fair. Sent first class mail.
