Description: First generation of the iconic TAG Heuer F1 fibreglass watch in its original packaging for the Japanese market, fully intact with paper foldout insert and original retail tag. Very hard to come by a full set like this. Unfortunately, the yellow plastic strap is discoloured with a substantial portion whitened from exposure to light over three decades through the transparent window on the front of the watch box. This also suggests the watch is true unworn NOS (new old stock) that was never taken out from the box all this time. Please examine the pictures carefully before bidding or buying. I will leave buyers to judge for themselves if the accidental discolouration deducts (or indeed adds) to the visual presentation and the value. The watch is running flawlessly after having its battery replaced in early November 2024.
