Description: This is a custom RC car built on a Tamiya FF-01 chassis with a white Honda Civic Type R body and vintage electronics! The electronics include a Tamiya Mabuchi Sport Tuned RS-540 motor, Futaba FP-R112JE receiver, an FP-S148 servo paired with a mechanical speed control, and an unknown steering servo (identification would require some disassembly). No battery or transmitter is included. Everything looks to be in outstanding condition, and we tested to make sure that it powers on with a battery installed. We don't have a transmitter on-hand whose frequency matches that of the receiver's crystal, but we did manually manipulate the speed control to make sure that the motor, transmission, and wheels respond properly when power is applied. The servos and receiver are untested, so we don't know for certain whether they work properly or not, but it seems likely that that would, given the overall condition of the car, and the obvious care taken with the build.
