Description: The listing is for a used, Tanita Body Fat scale. It's model number TBG-622 and is probably at least 15-20 years old. It measures body fat as well as weight......That is, when it was working correctly. It's in great shape cosmetically and has never been dropped. The scale turns on OK, as you can see in picture 3. It shows my height and body type like it should. But when I step on it to weight myself, it does nothing, and eventually says "ERR". See picture 4, for that message. This scale has been in a box most of its lifetime, and not even used. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but I would guess it's a bad circuit board. This scale was around $120, back in the day, and a comparable scale may be about the same. Maybe this is for someone who needs a spare part, or who wishes to repair it. Once it's fixed, it would be a great scale. I don't have time to deal with it. It comes with an instruction manual which looks like it got wet at some point, because the pages are not flexible. An online manual is available, however. Batteries not included because they are worth more than the $3 cost of the scale. This will be shipped the cheapest way available on Ebay.
