Description: You will receive five (5) young ranchu goldfish of about 0.75 to 1 inch in length. These goldfish are of varying physical quality & color, but are still healthy. Some may have dorsal fins. While they do not meet the appearance standards of a prized ranchu, they still deserve forever homes! Please consider adopting them! Each fish is packed in their own bag to minimize stress. If you have purchased more than one set, I will combine shipping up to 6 fish per box and refund you the redundant charges. I also offer wholesale pricing if you are interested in purchasing 30 or more of the same fish. Please message me for details. Orders are shipped one week or less from the moment the order is placed. The fish are isolated for 2 days before shipping to purge their digestive tract to prevent excess ammonia during travel. You may receive a shipping notification a few days before your order is actually shipped. Orders are dropped off at UPS on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. I may postpone shipping due to projected bad weather in your area! Live arrival guarantee is only applicable to UPS overnight/1 day shipping! While USPS has express shipping, they tend to care less about when during the day your order is dropped off. Only use the USPS shipping option if you trust your letter carrier or call your post office in advance to hold your package for pickup. We do not want your fish to spend the entire day in an extremely cold (or hot in the summer) truck all day. Please plan accordingly on Delivery Day so that you are home to receive the fish. Once the package is dropped off, bring it inside to a warm location IMMEDIATELY. I can only refund you for dead fish if you contact me within 1 hour of the delivery date and provide adequate video proof of the dead fish in an unopened bag. If left outside longer than 1 hour, the package will lose heat (or overheat in summer) and your fish may not survive. The welfare of the fish is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY once it hits your doorstep. You will be refunded for the price of the fish ONLY.
