Both are in good condition with some nicks on the edges and there is a crease on the front dust jacket cover. The hardcover book is also in good condition and the edges are all good. At the top and bottom of the spine there is some minor wear. Inside the front cover there is a gift inscription in blue ink. All the pages are secure and in very good condition.
