Description: The Interpreter’s Bible is a biblical criticism series published by Abingdon Publishing beginning in the 1950s. The series consists of 12 volumes, each of which covers one or more books of the Old Testament or the New Testament. The series contains the work of 94 authors and 14 consultants and it is widely used for preaching and teaching purposes. This set is the complete 12 volumes published from 1951 through 1957. These are in very good condition for their age, clean inside and out and securely bound. Page edges have some staining, visible when books are closed. This does not affect the interior of the books. Previous owner has inscribed a message on the title page to the recipient, see last photo.
