The pages are clean and the quality of the book is excellent, but it has some defects from mishandling. There are a few pages where the top corners have a small bend (much less than a dog eared page - these look to be bent from mishandling, not intentionally bent), plus other small folds along the gold edges. There are also four pages (251/252, 253/254,255/256,257/258) where the bottom corner has been torn off. The bottom of the spine has a small crush. The interior of the book is off-kilter/misshapen. The book doesn't lay square inside of the covers (see photos). All defects appear to be from mishandling as the book appears to have not been used/read.
