Some fading to the gold lettered gilding on spine. Bumping to top/bottom of spine and cover corners. Cracking to gutter at front endpaper. First few pages have some creasing. Chunk of pages around page 400 have some pencil underlining, which could be easily erased. Rest of pages clean and unmarked. Pages 249-251 have some small corner bends at top right corner.
