Each channel has 4 parametric bands, where on each band you get a Boost/Attenuation knob to deal with the frequency of your choice, Q knob, ranging from broad to sharp and frequency selection knob. A great feature is that on Low and High bands you can choose between parametric and shelf EQ modes. Thermos Green for surgical moves and Thermos Red 3.3 for broad strokes + M/S and transformers. It's truly remarkable how Thermos Green makes everything relaxed or adds that strong pressure and weight. It's transparent when cutting and really focused when boosting. You can really isolate the frequencies and dig deep without messing up the tonality of the track. Stepped knobs feel (and also sound!) fantastic and switches are tight. I've used Manley Massive Passive for years in my chain and always liked the boost / cut switch option because it makes everything more intuitive when finding the sweet spots or targeting the problem areas. Price could be easily triple the amount. Thermos in terms of quality is up there with the classic brand names. I've tested it against other high end eq's and it has it's own thing going on. You feel the eq but you don't hear it: that's the main thing with professional high quality mastering eq's.
