Description: I found this early 20th Century recording device in an abandoned house I was helping to clean out in 1979. It has been a conversation piece in our home ever since and now it's time to let someone else enjoy it. It is in good condition with no obvious missing parts. Nothing happens when I plug it in so I assume it needs repair to be operable. The patent dates indicate it was made in the late teens through mid-1920s.
