The motor was cleaned & lubed and is ready to go. The video shows the speed not locked in, this was on purpose to make it easier to see the platter spins as it should. It does lock on speed as it should.See all pictures!I could not test the cartridge/tonearm due to the fact the stylus is bent prior to acquiring it from the original owner AND there is an unusual connection via an added switchbox added to this turntable. I am not sure what this switchbox does but guessing it might have something to do with switching between mono and stereo. If you have an idea, please let me know! I cannot guarantee the operation of the Shure tonearm.See all pictures!The serial number is low at 13321 which makes me believe this TD-124 was made in the late 1950's.
