Description: These stands are specific to the Traxxas T-Maxx Pro (.15/1.5) and 2.5 trucks. They support the truck under the a-arms on the sides of the skid plates and lift the truck about 3/4-1 inch off the ground. They are designed to fit the width of the stock skid plates (part#s 4937 and 4938) with the stock diameter tires. Sold as a set (front & rear). The quantity listed are ready to ship. I can always make more. Just message me and I'll increase the quantity available. I can also make them taller to fit the 3.3 if you supply the measurements. I created these stands to help solve the issue of tire damage when models are stored or on display for long periods of time. The smaller footprint will also let you display the vehicle on a shelf as narrow as 10”. These simple stands are laser cut from 1/4” plywood, easy to assemble, and can by left as is or finished in a variety of ways. Assembly A quality gel super glue or wood glue is optional, but may increase rigidity Apply glue to any inside edges that make contact Rubber bands can be used to hold pieces together while the glue dries Paint/Finishing Almost any type of finish can be used but... a stain blocking primer is required to cover the “burned” edges or they may bleed through paint If the pieces won’t fit together (This shouldn’t happen, but I suppose it’s possible) A little sanding will always do the trick Try flipping the pieces around NOTE: Any aftermarket or tire modification to the model may affect fitment. (Obviously the truck is not included!)
