There brackets are early first gen tube shock conversions that came about in the late 90's. These are the brackets only. These brackets are used and in decent shape. They need a good cleaning. It looks like a few of the bolts were ground off causing some scratches on the brackets in a few spots. There is also a hole or two that is elongated.
