It seems this patch would likely represent a Marine, Naval Infantry, Coastal Defense, Intelligence and/or Reconnaissance unit. This patch would be worn by members of this Ukrainian Navy unit on their uniform coat and would date from 1991 to date. This patch is made of cloth and are typical of Ukrainian patches. It is rare to find Ukraine Navy patches in general in outstanding condition and they will become harder to find in the future as collectors grab them up.
