Description: Uncle Will & the Fitzgerald Curse by John D. Fitzgerald. Published by Bobbs-Merrill in 1961. This is a stated First Edition. Ex-library. The book itself is ex-library. Library stamps to exposed text block edges, front pastedown and ffep. Remnants of pocket on ffep. Remnants of dust jacket protector on both front any rear pastedowns where protector was attached and removed. Boards are bumped at corners with some wear. Spine lean. The pages have yellowed a bit, with a few having stains and smudges, but most are relatively clean. Still a decent copy of a hard to find book. The original dust jacket had been protected by a protective library jacket protector. The library protector has now been removed but the jacket will be wrapped in a new Brodart cover prior to shipping. It appears an 1/8” inch or so has been trimmed from the bottom edge of the dust jacket. On rear side of rear flap, there is surface tear/lift where jacket had been attached to rear pastedown. Tear is only on surface and doesn’t go all the way through the paper. Otherwise, the jacket is in very good condition, with only minor rubbing.
