There is some wear to the outer envelope, and it has been opened, but neither the inside patterns nor instructions have been unfolded; they still have the original factory folds. Please see photos. I have several other patterns for sale in other ads. Most of the patterns that I have fall into the category of "Easy" or "Very Easy." Some of my patterns can be used for teens because they often include "XS" as one of the sizes, and some of the styles look youthful. Most of my patterns are for misses, but I do have some craft patterns and a couple for men/teens/boys.
