Description: Beginning in 1972, the USPS has issued a "Souvenir Page" of each of its stamp issues. A Souvenir Page is an 8 inch X 10.5 inch sheet, on color paper, that describes the stamp issue and also features the stamp itself and its First Day of Issue cancellation. Collectors find these souvenir pages highly desirable, and even suitable for framing. This set of 4 official souvenir pages, issued by the USPS, features the 4 souvenir sheets (Scott 1686 to 1689) issued by the USPS for the Bicentennial on May 29, 1976. All the stamps on the sheets have the First Day of Issue cancellation from Philadelphia on that date. These 4 pages would make a great addition to any FDC collection! See the scans for details.
