This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration, foreign substance including writing); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged/missing - edges rough/damaged in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and many are very large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss and surface damage exist); many holes/inner tears and many are very large (includes several cut-cancel); many pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
