This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavy creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (several tears exist and one is larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one smaller inner tear in the portrait area.
