Description: This is a metal clip to a US M-1 Garand that was found near Omaha beach. This would typically hold 8 rounds of ammuntion being ejected from the rifle. It is a true relic of the D-day invasion of June 6, 1944. I have had this, and many other D-Day relics, for many years. I have decided to thin my collection and allow someone else to enjoy it. Any type of US firearm relics from D-day, especially firearms relics from Omaha beach are rare. Please ask if there are any qustions.
