Description: Dracaena Reflexa Variegata -Song of India- 2 Cuttings (Unrooted)You will receive 2 unrooted cuttings, each 8-10” long from our gorgeous Song of India growing in sunny Florida. Home grown naturally using regenerative methods with lots of love and zero chemicals or pesticides. The cuttings are cut fresh to order and packaged with care for safe shipping. Growing Info & TipsThe variegated Song of India, have gorgeous multicolored foliage. While mine are growing outdoors, they also do well in the home in a humid environment, and are good at purifying the air. Their ideal temperatures is between 60- 80°F and should not be placed near cold drafts. Normal room humidity is usually fine, however, if you can provide higher humidity levels it will help them grow. You can improve the humidity by placing it on a tray of pebbles sitting in water (water below pebble tops) or use a humidifier. A brightly lit spot is ideal without direct sunshine, but a little morning or evening sun is okay too. You will find the lower leaves turn yellow after a period of time, which is normal. Remove the lower leaves when they begin to yellow. Repot as needed as they grow. They are not good for cats and dogs, so you will want to make sure your pets don’t eat the leaves. Care advice will be included with your shipment.Pot up the cuttings as soon as possible upon arrival. Pot them in pots with pre- moistened potting mix. They are slow growers so be patient. You can keep them hydrated by misting the leaves with water and keeping the soil lightly moist. Do not overwater- soggy soil is their least favorite condition. Their ideal temperature range is between 60- 80°F and should not be placed near cold drafts. The majority of the time it is a success but sometimes it’s not. This just is the way it is with nature and gardening.
