Description: Villeroy & Boch German Sprig Molded Floral & Gold Stoneware Pitcher C.1852-1873 Scarce antique German stoneware pitcher / jug. With sprig molded decoration in white with gold gilt highlights. Has a raised pad mark on the base with the mold number 331 and VB. This mark was used by Villeroy & Boch between 1852 and 1873. Has wear to the gilding and a few chips to the sprig molded leaves, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide from spout to handle x 7 3/4 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. KWHX
