Description: This vintage teapot from 1881 Rogers is a stunning piece that will surely impress collectors. The intricate "GLENROSE" pattern is much sought after and was not produced after 1929. It features large clusters of roses. This is the 7.5” teapot. It is shorter than the coffeepot. It has been well-maintained - still beautiful! The inside looks like it was barely used. There are scratches visible. It is clearly marked 1881 ROGERS GLENROSE on the under side. 1881 Rogers is a reputable name in antique silverplate. The 1881 (R) Rogers(R) trademark was first used circa 1910. GLENROSE was first introduced in 1905 and became obsolete in 1929. This coffeepot weighs 2 pounds 3 oz. Please check all the pictures. I apologize for the red reflections from my shirt- I guarantee there is no red coloration on this piece! Thank you for looking and God Bless!
