Description: This Vintage Bauer mixing bowl was my grandmother's. We have had it in our possession since my grandmother passed away in 1980. We never used it to mix food and has always been stored safely away, in cool dark places. Only after some time did we come across the information that these early Bauer bowls came with a Lead Glaze. Lead is a toxic poison, so this bowl should ONLY BE USED as a decorative, collector's item, suitable as a conversation piece, perhaps in a similar collection of Vintage Bauer cooking ware.
