Description: A lot of 20 business cards from the briefcase of an gas and oil speculator in the Southwest. Each card is from Texas and dates to the 1930s and 1940s. Cards include everything from derricks and rigs, to cigar stands with "Genuine Navajo Blankets," to attorneys, accountants, and insurance, to hats for sale, lots for sale and the West Texas Gas Co. Cities include Tyler, El Paso, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock, Amarillo, and Houston. One has only a name and is high quality -- I assume it is from Texas. Many have either printed or handwritten information on the back as shown. Each is about 3 1/2" x 2". Good to Very Good condition. Typical mild tanning and wear. They display really well. A superb piece of history and an awesome addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed the way it deserves to be. I always combine shipping and will refund back any overage when you buy multiple items. Please see the Tech History section and the rest of my store for more museum quality artifacts.
