This is a neat EARLY Japan amde wooden battery operated speedboat. I believe it is an Ito, based on the other items in the collection. I like this one because of the distinctive paint scheme with the brown lines on deck and the sleek look for a 13" boat. It also comes with the TMY motor which is an upgrade from the stock motors. Motor is untested die to wiring, etc. This one measures 13" long x 4" wide and 3.5" tall. If you collect vintage model or toy boats, Japanese battery powered motor boats, or even model boats, this is one for you. CONDITION: C-5. For restoration. With TMY motor. Unable to test directly, and unable to test with with battery since the battery compartment and wiring needs attention. Lights do work. You can see the motor is not attached to the propeller rod. Cosmetically, has paint chips, cracks, discoloration, oxidation, and a split. Windshield has a clean break--will let you align or reglue--is not obvious. Also missing some cosmetic parts.
