Description: Great c. late 1940s large format photo print / poster for United Air Lines, featuring the DC-6 Mainliner 300. This image is depicted on postcards of the time, although I haven't been able to find another large format photo like this (measures approx. 13 1/2" x 16"). I don't know if it was originally part of a calendar or larger display item? This is how the picture came to me, part of a large recent estate acquisition.
