Description: Vintage 1950s black taffeta halter dress, scallop around hem and around back and bust. Layer of tulle peeps out of scallops. Full skirt but not a circle skirt. Zips up the back should be all the way, dress dummy is too big for the dress, so I couldn't get it quite all the way up. There are several small holes in the skirt, they show up when held to the light. There is a small tear near one arm pit, and about a 4 " not quite tear in the skirt, hides in the folds, see photos.
