Description: This is a 1950’s light mauve cotton polyester blend day dress by Cay Artley. The dress has so many lovely details such as lace trim and rows of narrow pintucks on the bodice. Faux overlay on the skirt and bodice. The dress has a matching belt and semi-full skirt. Excellent condition other than some loose strings on the sleeve trim and a couple of spots on the inside lining of the collar. Vintage size 14- medium/large. Fabric content unknown but feels cotton. The hem was taken up on the dress- at least 2". The stitching could easily be removed if needed to be lengthened. Measurements (lying flat): Bust 20”, Shoulder to shoulder 14.5”, Waist 15”, Length 37”
