Vintage 1965 Rolex Oysterdate Ref. 6694 w/ 7205 Oyster Rivet Bracelet

Description: Rolex Oysterdate Ref. 6694! This is a great vintage 1965 Rolex Oysterdate ref. 6694 on the 7205 Oyster Rivet bracelet! The watch is in a 34 mm stainless steel case and will fit 19 mm straps. The case, crystal, and bracelet show scratches. The bracelet shows minor stretch from wear, and the crown is well-defined on the clasp. The clasp is date-coded with an "4 70", indicating it was produced in the fourth quarter of 1970. Inside the case back is date coded III.65, which matches the production run of the serial number. The watch will currently fit about a 7 1/4" wrist.The dial has been refinished, and the text has been redone - see photos. I have marked this watch "customized" because of the dial. It's an original dial that has been redone.Serial number 1262xxx, dates to 1965. Model and serial numbers are readable between the lugs.The watch features the 17 jewel cal. 1215 manually wound movement. All functions work properly; however, we do not know the service history on this watch and do not guarantee the time keeping. Currently the watch is keeping decent time, showing around +4 seconds/day on our timing machine.
