They are gently cleaned with Dawn dish soap. We use Mr. Clean Magic Erasers where needed and use Matrix Biolage conditioner on hair. Our ponies are NEVER submerged in water. We refer to the MLPPP (My Little Pony Preservation Project) for cleaning and care. If you have not checked out their website we highly suggest you do so. They have a wealth of knowledge about how to care for your ponies to keep them looking amazing for years to come. **If a pony has been re-haired, it is noted in the description. We only use hair from DollyHair.com as they match G1 MLP colors perfectly.** Notice #2 Most all ponies are shipped in padded bubble mailers and each pony is wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Depending on the hair style, we sometimes secure the hair with tissue paper to keep it from getting tangled or mussed during shipment, for other styles we place the ponies in new, clean Ziplocs before wrapping in bubble wrap. For larger orders, we ship in boxes using the previously listed protocols to keep their hair looking the best it can. Please keep in mind that all aftermarket hair-styles have only been set with water. For orders of $100 or more, we get extra shipping insurance to cover the contents. If you buy more than 2 ponies, we do combine shipping and will refund the shipping overage paid after we weigh your package. Notice #3 Your feedback is welcomed and valued.
