The band is crafted from from solid 14K yellow gold, and features a breathtaking oval shaped Australian white crystal opal cabochon. This opal has wonderful fire even in low light settings! There are heavy flashes of mostly orange and red, but also yellow, green, and blue!This ring is a size 7 1/4, and is in overall excellent vintage condition. The opal cabochon itself measures approximately 10mm by 8mm wide, and 3mm thick. This is a SOLID opal, not a doublet or a triplet.This ring is hallmarked 585, and tests positive for solid 14K gold and is guaranteed as such.
