Description: This is a vintage Halloween decoration that was made by the Beistle company in the 1960’s. This decoration features a witch with a black cauldron as well as an owl and a vulture. It does have some evidence of being taped toward the top of the decoration. Despite the slight blemishes, the witch is in excellent condition.
