Description: These are a pair of vintage Carol Dauplaise large gold plated star clip-on earrings. Carol Dauplaise worked for Miriam Haskell from 1959 to 1978 before starting her own jewelry company in 1978. She made high quality jewelry that is very collectible today. These earrings measure approximately 1 1/4" in diameter and are signed on the back. They are a beautiful pair of earrings!! I sell on Ebay because I enjoy going to auctions, estate sales, and finding unique items. Most things are from my own collection. I'm not an expert. I will try to give you accurate information and take good pictures of the items. Also, because a lot of my items are from estate sales I won't always know if they are from a "smoking" or "non-smoking" home, or whether they have pets or not. I do not always get to clean the jewelry, although I try. If any item has a flaw I will do my best to point it out in the description and pictures.
