Description: Vintage Carole Little Sport LS Black Top, Small, with Many Decorative Stones/Beads Up for auction is an unusual, eye-catching top by Carole Little. It is a cross between sweatshirt fabric and sweater fabric. The crew neck is more sweatshirt-like, and the look is more of a sweater feel. The top is covered in faux turquoise and other stones and beads in interesting patterns. It is 100% cotton. To the best of my memory, I have worn this top once over the many years I have had it. It has been in my closet in a clean, smoke-free home. This top would be considered casual if worn with jeans but can also be considered dressy if worn with the right skirt or slacks. There are shoulder pads, which, if I were you, I would take out! The measurements are shown in a drawing/photo here. Important: the size is Small, but it fits more like a Medium. It’s overall length is rather long, and the sleeves are long. It would not work for a short woman. I would say it would fit best as if it were a size 12 or so. The condition is excellent. This top was hard to photograph. The turquoise stones are a much richer, bluer color than show up in my photos. The black fabric is true black and not discolored. Also, it wears symmetrically – it is not longer on one side. I do see one bead out of so many that is loose. I have tried to photograph it. There are no rips, tears, or stains.
