This brightly colored gilt finished fish measures close to one and one-quarter inch from head to tail with a greatest width across the fan tail of nearly 5/8 inch.The enamel is primarily white, yellow to light blue in color. The eyes are a striking orange. A very pretty palette of colors. The enamel decorates the head, gills, scales and tail of the fish. A single circular shape jump ring is located near the snout which allows for wear on a bracelet or necklace. This fully articulated fish (head, fins, body) is unmarked but tests as silver. Country of manufacture is China.The fish shows minimal age-appropriate wear and overall, very nice estate condition. Weighs 1.7 grams.This fun and cute fish would make a wonderful gift or self-purchase.
