I DO NOT charge a handling or packing fee. I ship as fast as I can, I cannot control the USPS and what they do with the package, you will get a tracking number on most orders. Oil pump, cap gasket, wick, and mantles which is normal with use. May have signs of rust or use. *** We no longer accept returns, exchanges on these items (lanterns/stoves) as they are vintage and some are antique and unfortunately we've had some people take advantage of our working lanterns take out parts and then return them. Therefore we no longer do those things.
