The previous owner used touch up paint on the left front corner. I think they did fine job, but look for yourself. Tested today. No longer have a tape deck, but connected between my CD player (they can use some enhancement too!) and pre-amp. All functions are smooth and hear zero static when adjusting controls. Expansion sounds nice!! All LEDs are working. Tried Per, Post, Bypass, and all the knobs, but without a reorder didn't use the tape loop. Purchased this myself as a "cleaned and restored" unit off a well rated seller a few years ago with big plans to grow my system - but life happened and work got crazy. Besides a quick power up upon receipt, it has sat in a box in my temp / humidity controlled AV room. Now I'm preparing to move and in a down size mode.
