Description: This decorative plate is from Germany and features hand painted dark and light pink roses. There are green leaves and the background is white, pink, and blue. The plate has a delicate embossed edge and cut-out handles. It is 10 1/2 inches across. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, or crazing on the front of the plate.
