Description: Early 2000's Dyno Zoot Scoot. I gave it a light rebuild with some new bearings in the hubs, greased the headset, new pads, cables, and grips. Hubs were a bit pitted but still roll pretty well with the new bearings. Far from perfect but fun to either use and beat up as is or dive into a deeper rebuild.
